Job summary

Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team. As a DSP, you will support individuals served in developing daily living skills and independence, creating safe, learning-focused environments.

You will assist with personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, and emotional support while monitoring comfort and safety. No experience needed; we provide thorough training.

This position offers a 40-hour work week, ongoing training, and a focus on helping people live their best life.

Qualifications

• Desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
• No experience required; thorough training provided.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Frequent physical activity including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching and balancing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of daily living skills and activities, creating an environment for learning and growth.
• Help individuals identify and achieve personal goals to live their best life.
• Monitor comfort and safety while addressing medical, nutritional, and personal care needs.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry.
