Job summary

Croyle-Nielsen Therapeutic Associates, Inc. is hiring a Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live their best lives at home and in the community. You will be part of a friendly, caring team that values meaningful work and positive impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid PA driver's license required.
• Ability to pass background checks, physical, and drug screening (paid by CNTA).

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with everyday activities including meals, personal care, appointments, medication administration, and outings.
• Encourage independence, positive attitudes and personal growth.
• Keep the home clean, safe, and provide a happy home environment.
• Stay organized with good documentation and communicate with the team.
• Be a positive role model who embodies CNTA's culture of gratitude and teamwork.
