Croyle-Nielsen Therapeutic Associates, Inc. is seeking a Residential Direct Support Professional to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to pass background checks, physical, and drug screening.
• Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily activities including meals, personal care, appointments, medication administration, and outings.
• Encourage independence and personal growth.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Stay organized and document activities; communicate with the team.

• Stay organized with good documentation and communicate with the team.

What You'll Bring
