Qualifications

• Caring heart and passion for helping others succeed.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Must pass background checks, physical, and drug screening (paid by CNTA).

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily activities including meals, personal care, appointments, medication administration, and community outings.
• Encourage independence, positive attitudes, and personal growth.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming residential home environment.
• Keep thorough documentation and communicate with the team.

As a Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll get to make a true difference every day. • Stay organized with good documentation and communicate with the team.
• Be a positive role model who embodies CNTA's Culture of Gratitude and teamwork.

What You'll Bring
