Croyle-Nielsen Therapeutic Associates, Inc. seeks Direct Support Professionals to work a unique block schedule in Johnstown, PA.

You’ll support individuals with daily activities, promote independence, and help them participate in home and community life. This full-time role offers paid training, generous PTO from day 1, a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with matching, and opportunities for career growth in a company that values people first.

Qualifications

Croyle-Nielsen Therapeutic Associates is currently hiring several Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work in a unique block schedule where you work seven (7) days straight and then have seven (7) days off. Essentially, you will work 26 weeks/year but be paid for 52, having every other week off. You’re paid a higher wage and paid to sleep!

We are immediately hiring in both Somerset and Johnstown. This unique block schedule is considered full-time and makes you eligible for our full package of benefits.
