Job summary

Metric Geo in Roseland, NJ is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support residential construction and real estate development projects. You will work closely with the owner to coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure project documents, purchasing, and progress tracking stay on schedule.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across land acquisitions, permits, and sales activities while developing your project management skills in a growing residential development company.

Qualifications

• Background in project coordination, construction administration, or assistant project management.
• Familiar with construction documentation and project management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential construction and development projects.
• Manage invoices, material orders, purchasing, and project documentation.
• Assist with construction takeoffs, utility applications, and permits.
• Track project progress using construction management software.
• Support administrative tasks across acquisitions, construction, and sales.
• Work closely with the owner and field team to keep projects organized.
