Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Planning, or a related design discipline.
• Active professional architecture license required.
• 15+ years of progressively increasing experience in architecture, design, project leadership, and management.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex projects, teams, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic goals aligned with DAHLIN’s business plan and growth initiatives.
• Develop action plans to support the practice's growth and success.
• Communicate sector vision and priorities internally and externally.
• Collaborate to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and market expansion.
• Lead design processes, promote innovation, and ensure design excellence across projects.
• Provide high-level architectural and technical direction on complex projects.
• Mentor and develop architects and emerging professionals.
• Partner with Marketing and firm leadership to set business development goals.
• Represent DAHLIN at conferences, industry events, and professional engagements.
• Develop market understanding and client needs to inform opportunities.
