Job summary

DAHLIN, a leading architecture, planning, and interiors firm, is seeking a licensed Architect/Project Manager to join the Commercial team in Pleasanton, CA. You will manage all aspects of exciting new commercial projects, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver with quality and on time.

The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days on-site per week at the Pleasanton, CA office, with competitive compensation and benefits. Prior U.S.

Qualifications

• Licensed & registered Architect in the state of CA required.
• 5+ years of proven architectural project management experience including managing scope, budgets, schedules, client relationships, and project teams through all phases.
• Bachelor or Master of Architecture (required).
• Recent experience with U.S.-based projects and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all phases, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Serve as a primary client contact and coordinate with project teams, consultants, and other stakeholders to keep projects aligned and moving forward to the client’s satisfaction.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of documents to support successful project delivery.
• Oversee project finances, including fee development, contracts, billing, and labor tracking; address budget and schedule issues.
• Support proposals and RFP responses and contribute to project planning and contracting.
• Lead project teams through direction, collaboration, and coaching of less experienced staff.
