Job summary

DAHLIN in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a licensed Architect / Project Manager for the Commercial team. The hybrid role requires 3+ days onsite, driving projects from design through construction with strong client leadership and team coordination.

You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and coordination with consultants and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed & registered Architect in CA required.
• 5+ years of proven architectural project management experience across all phases.
• Registered Architect in CA highly preferred.
• Recent experience with U.S.-based projects, clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Knowledge of U.S. building codes, permitting processes, and construction practices.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all phases, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of documents to support project delivery.
• Oversee project finances: fee development, contracts, billing, and labor tracking.
• Support proposals and RFP responses; contribute to planning and contracting.
• Lead project teams through direction, delegation, and coaching.
