Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional architectural experience, residential projects required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program
• Licensure track preferred
• US work authorization; visa sponsorship not offered

Responsabilités

• Engage with design leadership to develop concepts using 3D modeling and presentations
• Document and draw projects during design through entitlement phases
• Support design with AI-generated concepts and design-automation
• Develop design processes with AI solutions to improve efficiency
• Design with attention to client budgetary needs
• Assist teammates to close out projects
