Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• A clear pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care, mentorship, and support in both Day Habilitation and residential settings.
• Support on-campus activities, social development, and personal care.
• Help participants learn and practice pre-vocational and job skills for independence.
• Implement and follow individual behavior support plans and crisis procedures.
• Manage transitions from daytime programs to evening residential living.
