Job summary

Rainbow Omega, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Part-Time House Manager to oversee daily evening living operations in our residential group homes.

The role centers on supervising residents, coaching life skills, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment after school and into the evening. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience with intellectually disabled individuals, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• One year of experience working with intellectually disabled individuals.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• A clear pre-employment background check and a clean drug screen are strict requirements.
• Rainbow Omega maintains a no-smoking policy on all ROI premises.
• Part-Time (27.5 hours per week) with Monday–Friday schedule.
• Note on benefits: full-time RO I positions include health/dental, 401(k) matching, and PTO; this role is part-time.

Responsibilities

• Life Skills Mentorship: guide and assist residents with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and personal hygiene.
• Activity Coordination: facilitate meaningful afternoon and evening activities.
• Home Operations: maintain order, safety, and oversight in the group home during shift hours.
• Dignity & Care: foster a supportive environment prioritizing residents' independence and dignity.
