Rainbow Omega, Inc. (ROI) seeks a House Manager to oversee daily residential operations and provide hands-on life skills coaching for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will live and work in the home, helping residents manage daily life, coordinate activities, and maintain a respectful, independent environment. The role emphasizes mentorship, community integration, and strict tobacco-free policy adherence, with schedules including overnight care and rotating shifts as

Qualificações

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• One year of experience with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
• Clear pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• Tobacco-Free Policy applies on all ROI premises and during on-duty hours.

Responsabilidades

• Life Skills Mentorship: teach and assist residents with daily living activities, meals, laundry, cleaning, and personal hygiene.
• Community Integration: lead activities, social events, and community outings.
• Household Management: keep the home safe, clean, organized, and compliant with ROI standards.
• Overnight Care: stay overnight to ensure resident safety.
