Job summary

Rainbow Omega, Inc. in Eastaboga, AL is seeking a Residential / Day Habilitation Aide (Full-Time) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through day programming and evening residential care.

You will provide direct care, mentorship, and help residents develop independent living and job readiness skills, while maintaining a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with adults with IDD is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Clean background check and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support throughout the Day Habilitation program.
• Guide residents in job training and independent living skills.
• Assist with transition between daytime program and evening residential setting.
• Implement behavior support plans as required.
• Ensure continuity of care between daytime and residential environments.
