Qualifications

• Two years of experience in crisis intervention is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to callers on the crisis line and provide emotional support.
• Assist residents in developing action plans and provide safety planning.
• Screen callers for shelter and provide initial intake of new residents.
• Maintain safe and secure shelter space and a respectful community.
