Job summary

WellSpan Philhaven seeks a PRN LADV Support role to provide structure and support for residents within program guidelines. You will exercise leadership during shifts, supervise RC staff, and coordinate therapy groups and activities.

The position emphasizes direct care, documentation, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to promote a safe, home-like environment for residents and ensure continuity of care across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College coursework related to nursing or human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care for residents under guidance of treatment plans, including teaching daily living skills and supervising activities.
• Guides RC staff and assists program leadership in operation and management of the milieu for a specific LADV program.
• Oversees RC staff performance, serves as a resource for medication assistance procedures, and adjusts resident schedules as needed.
• Implements safety and supervision guidelines and responds to resident behavioral crises in collaboration with on-duty staff.
• Provides medication assistance to residents and supports group activities and therapeutic sessions.
