Job summary

WellSpan Health in Lancaster, PA is seeking a PRN/LADV support role to provide direct care under established treatment plans and to lead shifts for specific programs in the LADV residence. The position emphasizes documentation, collaboration with staff, safety, and the ability to adapt to a home-like environment while maintaining professional standards.

You will work part-time, day shifts, and participate in activities with residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Human Services or Nursing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• College coursework related to nursing or human services preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care for LADV residents under the guidance of treatment plans.
• Supervises RC staff and assists program leadership with operation of the milieu.
• Oversees staff performance and ensures continuity of care across shifts.
• Implements safety and resident supervision guidelines and crisis interventions.
• Provides medication assistance to residents.
• Plans and runs therapeutic and recreational activities with residents.
