Job summary

Community Resources For Justice (CRJ) seeks a part-time Residential Counselor in Templeton, MA. This 16-hours/week, non-exempt role pays $18 per hour and runs Friday and Saturday, 3pm-11pm. The position offers training to advance your career within CRJ.

Responsibilities include supervising and transporting clients, teaching new skills per the Individual Service Plan, modeling positive behavior, and administering medications with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal and driver’s check.

About This Position

This is a part-time, 16-hours/week, non-exempt position that will be working in our Templeton, MA location.
This position is not eligible for benefits and has a starting rate of $18/hr.

Friday and Saturday; 3pm-11pm,

Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours; this may include job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.

Support and teach clients new skills including, but not limited to, specific goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan.

Acting as a positive role model for the client to support attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety in all settings.

Administering medications and completing appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance.
