Community Resources For Justice (CRJ) in Brookfield, MA is seeking Residential Counselors for a part-time, non-exempt role. The position offers eligibility for benefits with a starting rate of $18/hr and a schedule of 40 hours per week across first/second/third shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
• Must pass required certifications in the allotted time by the agency.
• Must pass a criminal and driver’s check.

• Support and teach clients new skills including, but not limited to, specific goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan

• Administering medications and completing appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance
