Job summary

Sheppard Pratt in Towson, MD is seeking a Residential Counselor (PRN) to support youth in a residential treatment setting. You will guide students in daily living skills, reinforce behavior according to program standards, and help organize daily recreational activities to promote well-being.

You will document thoroughly and work with a multidisciplinary team to provide a structured, therapeutic environment on campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must meet vehicle requirements: 18+, 2+ years driving experience, valid license, driving record with 2 points or less.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to students in residential treatment.
• Reinforce daily living skills and maintain structure within the residential setting.
• Organize daily recreational activities and ensure access to fresh air, leisure activities, and exercise.
