Qualifications

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Formal education aligned with mental health or human services fields with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and IRP goals.
• Comply with licensing, regulatory, ENJ policies, and core values.
• Transport residents to activities and appointments when needed.
• Operate office equipment and use technology in daily tasks.
• Support varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
