Easterseals New Jersey is seeking a Mental Health Residential Counselor to support individuals with mental illness and developmental disabilities in a Hunterdon County group home. You will help residents with daily living activities and implement IRPs, while adhering to licensing and ENJ policies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in mental health, psychology, sociology, or social work from an accredited college or university.
• A combination of one or more years’ of college, plus related life or work experience equal to four(4) years.
• High school diploma or GED plus four(4) years of related work or life experience required.

• Supports residents with daily living activities and IRP goals.
• Maintains compliance with licensing, regulatory, and ENJ policies/procedures.
• Drives as an essential function and may transport residents using buses/van.
• Documents and communicates clearly via verbal and written channels.
