Job summary

Community Resources for Justice in Wendell, MA is seeking a Residential Counselor to support individuals in our programs. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role with benefits, at a starting rate of $18/hr.

You will supervise and transport clients, assist with their individual service plans, model positive behavior, and ensure safety and well-being in daily activities. Medications are administered with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass required certifications and background checks.
• Must pass a criminal and driver’s check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours.
• Support and teach clients new skills aligned with Individual Service Plan.
• Act as a positive role model to promote quality of life and safety.
• Administer medications and document progress notes.
