Job summary

This part-time role involves coordinating with families and professionals to ensure comprehensive care and responsive support. Prior experience in similar settings is preferred, with CPR/First Aid certification as a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare or social services preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision to residents in a residential care facility.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with treatment team.
• Facilitate group and individual activities to promote social skills and emotional regulation.
• Monitor residents' progress and document observations per protocols.
• Serve as liaison between residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
