The position involves facilitating daily activities, documenting progress, and collaborating with a treatment team. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support and supervision to residents in a residential care facility.

• Monitor residents' progress and document observations per protocols.
• Serve as liaison between residents, families, and healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
