Job summary

Triple C Housing, Inc. in Hamilton, NJ, is seeking a Residential Counselor to support residents in a structured, community-based setting. You will help develop personalized care plans, facilitate activities, and promote emotional well-being as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This part-time role offers evening and weekend shifts to fit the program’s schedule, requires a high school diploma, and values strong communication and teamwork. CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare or social services is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision to residents in a residential care facility.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the treatment team.
• Facilitate group and individual activities to promote social skills and emotional regulation.
• Monitor residents' progress and document observations per protocols.
• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
