Job summary

Vesta, Inc. is seeking a Fulltime Residential Counselor in Forestville, MD to support individuals with severe mental illness in our residential program. You will coordinate client care, assist with daily activities, meals, grooming, and medication monitoring while providing oversight in residential homes.

Qualified candidates have a valid driver's license, eHR experience, and a degree or relevant experience in mental health. The role offers competitive pay and benefits in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive a 15-passenger van and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Experience using eHR for daily notes.
• Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of experience in mental health preferred.
• Experience providing skills training in residential or day program settings.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client care and daily activities (meals, chores, grooming, medication monitoring).
• Provide essential oversight in residential homes and work with senior clients with various diagnoses and behavior disorders.
