Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree preferred in a social service field.
• CADC within 18 months or ability to obtain CADC.
• Experience with licensure standards and EHR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed revenue productivity targets for outpatient and residential caseloads.
• Follow all compliance rules for treatment services and contracts.
• Maintain clinical model, complete documentation on time.
• Collaborate with supervisor to build clinical skills and adhere to NASW ethics.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and colleagues.
