Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further degrees preferred.
• CADC or ability to obtain CADC within 18 months of hire.
• LPC/LCPC or LSW/LCSW preferred with ongoing licensure goals.
• Experience with EHR documentation and review.
• Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed revenue productivity; manage outpatient and residential caseloads as assigned.
• Understand and follow all compliance rules regarding treatment services and contracts.
• Understand and reflect the clinical model of the program.
• Adhere to timelines regarding documentation completion.
• Work with Supervisor on building clinical skillset.
• Ensure adherence to NASW Code of Ethics.
• Demonstrate professional, respectful conduct with clients, families, staff, and partners.
