BAMSI is seeking a Residential Counselor for the MAP program in Massachusetts. The role focuses on providing rehabilitative support to adults in group living environments, teaching ADLs, and implementing treatment plans under clinician guidance.
Responsibilities include medication management, resident advocacy, and community transport. A high school diploma or GED and mental health experience are preferred; Sunday hours are part of a 6-hour shift, consistent with the schedule.
