Qualifications

• Experience supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in a residential setting.
• Ability to recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff.
• Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, train, evaluate, supervise and discipline DSPs; approve timecards.
• Train staff on safety, financial plans, and support strategies.
• Develop ISP documents with the team; oversee client finances and monthly budgets.
• Represent and advocate for clients in medical/financial matters.
• Lead team meetings, monitor medications, and ensure compliance with policies.
