Job summary

RISE is seeking a Residential Coordinator to manage a residential group home in La Grande, OR, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges. This role emphasizes leadership of Direct Support Professionals and ensuring program success.

You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, work 1:1 with clients, and oversee household tasks while promoting safety and progress toward goals.

Qualifications

• Recruit, hire, coach, train, evaluate, supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Verify and approve timecards.
• Train DSPs on safety and financial plans with daily living supports and behavior strategies.
• Develop, write, and update Individual Support Plan (ISP) documents with the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DSP staff and program operations.
• Coordinate weekly schedules and 1:1 client support in the home.
• Ensure safety, assist with activities of daily living and behavior supports.
