Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in residential construction or related onsite work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities, inspections, and subcontractor work.
• Monitor jobsite quality, safety programs, and OSHA compliance.
• Track progress and report updates or delays to the Superintendent.
• Assist with municipal inspections and Certificates of Occupancy.
• Maintain jobsite documentation and records.
