Patterson Homes in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking a Residential Construction Superintendent to lead premium spec home builds. You will direct field operations, manage elite trade partners, and drive production velocity with high autonomy.

You will oversee scheduling, quality control, and on-site safety, while delivering exceptional homeowner service. The role offers a base salary of $75,000–$100,000 plus performance bonuses and commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Superintendent with Arizona’s largest spec builder, you will take full ownership of our fast-paced residential job sites. Required Qualifications & Experience:

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 or more years of experience managing residential construction sites as a primary Superintendent.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing digital scheduling software and mobile project management tools.
