Williams Contracting is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations across our custom home and residential remodeling projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how a well-run residential jobsite should operate. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage daily sequencing, monitor quality, solve field issues, communicate with the project team, and make sure each project continues moving forward safely, efficiently, and professionally.

If you take pride in organized jobsites, quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and getting the details right, this is an opportunity to take real ownership of the field with a custom residential builder in the Olympia area.

About Williams Contracting

Williams Contracting is a custom home design-build company specializing in ground-up custom homes, residential remodels, and detailed custom construction projects.

Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, organization, communication, and delivering a professional construction experience from the beginning of a project through final completion.

We expect our jobsites to reflect those same standards: clean, organized, productive, safe, and professionally managed.
