MTCI is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up and rebuild residential projects in Pacific Palisades. The role is hands-on, leading daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring schedules, quality, and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a superintendent on residential builds, strong code knowledge in LA County, and the ability to read architectural plans. This is a full-time on-site position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Superintendent on residential construction (custom home or production home building preferred).
• Experience with rebuild/insurance-related construction a plus.
• Strong knowledge of residential building codes, permitting, and inspection processes in LA County.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans.

Responsibilities
