Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting in Southern California seeks a hands-on Superintendent to lead operations across Orange, CA and Los Angeles, managing field teams and project finances.

You will oversee 5–10 active commercial, multifamily, HOA and reconstruction projects, drive safety and quality, and build strong client relationships while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction leadership experience.
• Experience as Superintendent, PM, Construction Manager, or Operations Manager.
• Strong field operations, crew management, and financial acumen.
• Experience with multifamily, HOA, restoration, reconstruction, or occupied-property projects preferred.

A growing Southern California commercial construction and reconstruction contractor is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to lead operations throughout Orange, CA and Los Angeles. This role combines field leadership, project management, client relations, and financial accountability.

What You'll Do:

• Manage 5-10 active commercial, multifamily, HOA, and reconstruction projects
• OC projects: $50K-$1M
• 80% of revenue comes from these locations
• Lead crews, schedules, quality, and safety
• Own budgets, job costing, profitability, and change orders
• Build strong relationships with clients, property managers, and HOA boards
• Drive operational excellence and regional growth.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial construction leadership experience
• Superintendent, PM, Construction Manager, or Operations Manager background
• Strong field operations, crew management, and financial acumen
• Experience with multifamily, HOA, restoration, reconstruction, or occupied-property projects preferred
