Job summary

ProWest PCM Inc. in Pacific Palisades seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead a large public works project.

You will supervise field teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety and schedule compliance on multi-million-dollar work. Qualifications include 10+ years in construction supervision (K-12, DSA, higher education or LAUSD), ability to read drawings and specs, OSHA 30 or ability to obtain within 30 days, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience supervising construction projects, preferably K-12, DSA, higher education, or LAUSD.
• Large projects over $20mm.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Ability to lead and communicate with subcontractors.
• OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
