Job summary

ProWest PCM Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead a large public works project in Pacific Palisades, CA.

The role demands a track record of managing complex builds, coordinating between general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate has 10+ years supervising major projects, a deep understanding of drawings and contracts, and OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain quickly).

Qualifications

• 10+ years supervising construction projects (K-12/DSA/education).
• Experience on large projects (> $20M).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs and contracts.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage subcontractors.
• OSHA 30 Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Large General Contractor seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team for a large, public works project located in Pacific Palisades.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years' experience supervising construction projects, preferably K-12, DSA, higher education, or LAUSD
• Large projects over $20mm
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Ability to lead and communicate with subcontractors
• OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
