Tectonic Design + Build is seeking a Project Manager in Boulder, CO. This role requires owning project success, protecting budgets, and guiding homeowners through custom builds, with the ability to work from office, home, or field.

You will lead 3-5 projects, coordinate with trade partners, and drive schedules using BuilderTrend. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience, with a focus on balance and accountability.

Formación

• 5+ years demonstrated project management experience.
• 1+ year using Buildertrend or JobTread (desired).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong data analysis to inform scheduling, budgeting, and planning.
• Willingness to travel across Boulder County.
• Experience coordinating design planning and construction teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 3-5 projects simultaneously with 65% admin and 35% field validation.
• Create and update project schedules; coordinate with field team and trade partners.
• Hold trade partners accountable to schedule, quality standards, and contracted scope.
• Protect the project margin; manage change orders and cost overruns.
• Procure selections and coordinate with Designer on schedules.
• Provide comprehensive client guidance and weekly project status updates.
