Qualifications

• Must read blueprints to maintain quality control across construction phases.
• Experience supervising or managing multiple construction tasks.
• Knowledge of homebuilding systems, codes, and ROC standards.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage homebuilding construction through all phases to ensure a quality home.
• Schedule subcontractors and delivery dates for materials.
• Ensure all building codes and Meritage Home standards of quality are met.
• Conduct walk-through inspections with the homeowner.
• Enforce safety standards and regulations on all job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite and subdivision.
• Interact daily with departments, subcontractors, customers, and city inspectors.
• Attend construction, monthly and quarterly meetings.
