Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

A well-established General Contractor based in Westchester County is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with strong estimating capabilities for their high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in luxury residential construction and is comfortable managing projects from pre-construction through completion while also producing detailed, competitive estimates.

Our client is a full-service General Contractor/Construction Manager that has been in business for 30 years. This company, which is experiencing rapid growth, is renowned throughout Westchester County & the greater NYC area. Team members are valued beyond the projects, which contributes to the strong company culture. Our client is currently seeking a motivated Project Manager, with estimating experience, to join their growing team.

Description

• Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, execution, and close-out of luxury residential construction projects.
• Lead the estimating process by preparing comprehensive budgets, takeoffs, and proposals based on plans, specs, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to develop accurate cost projections and value engineering options.
• Maintain project schedules, track budgets, and manage procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
• Issue and manage RFPs, analyze bids, and assist in subcontractor selection.
• Ensure quality control, site safety, and adherence to project specifications throughout all phases.
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.

Profile

• 5+ year's experience in Residential Construction Project Management
• 3+ year's expeirence in Residential Construction Estimating
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
• OSHA certification preferred
• Proficient in project management software
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
