Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Description

Project Management: Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

Schedule Management: Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and site logistics, especially in occupied and urban environments.

Team Leadership: Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Safety Compliance: Develop and implement safety, quality, and compliance protocols across all phases.

Mentorship: Mentor junior staff and, over time, build and lead a project management team.

Project Delivery: Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and help drive strategic project decisions.

Profile

5+ years of project management experience in construction, with a strong background in healthcare, education, residential, or other occupied space projects.

Proven ability to manage complex renovations and ground-up builds in urban or logistically challenging environments.

Strong leadership and communication skills; capable of being the face of the project and making tough decisions under pressure.

Entrepreneurial mindset-someone excited by the opportunity to grow with a company and take ownership of its future success.

Local or willing to travel to East Hanover, New Jersey area.

Job Offer

Competitive base salary: up to 170K (based on experience)
