DRB Enterprises LLC is seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager/Superintendent to oversee multiple residential sites, ensuring work adheres to plans, specs, and quality while meeting budgets and delivery dates. The role emphasizes safety, schedule discipline, and strong customer service orientation.

You will lead superintendents, coordinate with subcontractors, perform inspections, and drive on-time completion across 15–30 homes, maintaining high customer satisfaction and team development.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and fully comprehend construction blueprints, specifications and development plans.
• Coordinate multiple activities and groups under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service focus and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction across multiple home sites with 15–30 homes in progress.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on job sites and model homes.
• Develop and communicate construction schedules to subs and homeowners.
• Coordinate inspections with governmental and local jurisdictions.
• Provide training to superintendents and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost control and adherence to plans.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and resolve issues with Customer Service.
• Attend weekly production meetings and support continuous improvement.
