Job summary

DRB Homes is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent/Project Manager to oversee the delivery of new homes. You will manage multiple sites, coordinate subcontractors, ensure schedules are met, and maintain safety and quality on every lot.

Responsibilities include budgeting, inspections, and training superintendents, with a focus on satisfying homeowners and maintaining on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure and stay organized.
• Multitask across multiple sites and teams.

• Ability to read and comprehend construction blueprints and development plans.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages construction across multiple home sites with 15-30 homes under construction.
• Maintain job site safety and cleanliness.
• Develop and communicate construction schedules to subcontractors.
• Obtain all inspections required by government and local jurisdictions.
• Provide training to superintendents to develop careers.
• Develop accurate settlement reporting and budget compliance.
• Review and approve site area figures and ensure quality of subcontractor work.
• Lead pre-construction meetings with homeowners and review contracts and options.
