Job summary

KB Home is seeking a Construction Manager to lead multiple communities in the Atlanta area. You will oversee dirt-through-closing activities, manage 2+ direct reports, coordinate with trade partners, and ensure the 100% Complete/100% Satisfied program while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities focus on scheduling, performance coaching, OSHA compliance, and customer service excellence. A high school diploma is required; degrees or certificates in construction management are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Construction Management vocational degree or certificate preferred.
• 4-6 years of construction experience in homebuilding or related real estate industry required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of 2+ direct reports and coordinate construction staff.
• Oversee milestone reports from dirt through close and ensure 100% Complete/100% Satisfied program.
• Schedule and monitor trade partners; ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain customer service metrics and ensure on-time deliveries and closings.
