Job summary

DRB Homes in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager/Superintendent to oversee the construction and delivery of new homes built to plan and quality standards.

You will manage schedules, budgets, inspections, and a team of superintendents and subcontractors, ensuring on-time delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with Customer Service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of construction PM/superintendent experience.
• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction blueprints, specifications and development plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction across multiple sites with 15-30 homes under construction.
• Develop and communicate home construction schedule to sub-contractors.
• Obtain all inspections required by government/local jurisdictions.
• Provide training to Superintendents to develop and foster career advancement.
• Establish and maintain construction site budgets; ensure budget compliance.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with homeowners to review contract, options, schedule.
• Ensure Superintendents attend weekly production meetings.
• Conduct 90-day and annual reviews of Superintendents with Production Manager.
