Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience preferred.
• Experience in construction, residential services, or related industry preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from kickoff through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, purchasing, accounting, and field teams to ensure project success and operational efficiency.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and related documentation to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, costs, and performance to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders regarding project status, schedules, and expectations.
