Job summary

Drees Homes is seeking a Division Operations Coordinator to coordinate residential construction operations from contract execution through closing, serving as a primary liaison between Sales, Construction, Finance, Architecture, Customers, Lenders, Title Companies, Municipalities, and Trade Partners.

Highly organized professionals will manage multiple projects, maintain JD Edwards records, oversee permitting, plan reviews, and closings, and support cost tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, construction management, or related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects or processes simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work with multiple departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow across sales, permitting, construction administration, and closing functions.
• Oversee contract-to-start process for all homes.
• Enter and maintain information in JD Edwards, Lot Factor Administration, and related systems.
