Superior Skilled Trades is partnering with a company seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the day-to-day construction of for-sale residential communities in Livermore, California.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of multifamily construction management experience, with townhomes and multi-story attached housing, and strong skills in scheduling, safety, and cost control. This role requires coordination with trade partners, inspectors, and internal teams.

Formación

• Minimum of five years managing multifamily residential construction sites.
• Experience with townhomes and multi-story attached residential construction.
• Ability to read civil, architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
• Knowledge of California building codes, Cal/OSHA, and SWPPP requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage horizontal site work and vertical residential construction.
• Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, sequencing and workmanship.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules; flag delays.
• Lead preconstruction and project startup meetings; field reviews.
• Coordinate inspections; ensure codes, permits and approvals compliance.
• Enforce safety: Cal/OSHA, SWPPP, and company procedures.
• Monitor budgets; review invoices; manage change orders.
• Align construction with plans and homeowner commitments.
• Perform QC; manage punch lists; pre-closing walkthroughs.
• Support warranty transitions and post-closing issues.
• Maintain logs, field photos, and progress reports.
